I'd be interested in the 015AV if no one has interest in it. Let's see how it goes if it peaks any others' interest.
That's the model I have, but it's the top handle version.

Maybe you could use the parts of both to make a good runner.

I'll take it but my intent would be to rebuild and probably shelf it to go with my little Homelite XL I did the same with last year. Clarifying my previous post, what I don't want to do is for the sake of it possibly being a little shelf queen like my Homelite XL, deprive a man that would need it to cut wood with to keep his family and home warm.

@USMC615 I read this as "I'll take it if no one else want it" I hope that is what you meant so I was considering it un-claimed...

A neighbor friend up here hes getting up in age had one tree fell on it quite a few years ago. Must have heard about dozen times was thinking it would be a nice surprise for him.You got dibs on it though.I have already claimed somethin of this thread from A.E.E.llc and would feel bad claiming somethin else. I do have some stuff could put up on the thread though to redeem to myself.

@PullinMyPoulan At this point i had considered the saw yours...

After reading this @PullinMyPoulan, I would be a selfish man to pursue the 015AV, and it end up possibly a shelf queen here looking all pretty and polished...but I'm not that type of man to deprive another in need.

I relinquish my dibs on the saw to you...I'm sure others will agree and step aside, who may've chimed in, after me initially, and before you possibly.

That would be a great deed for you to acquire this saw for postage, even if not running to par, fix up, and give to the older gentleman friend of yours. If it means the difference of this older gentleman cutting wood for warmth, financial income, otherwise...again, I'd be a selfish ass to deprive such. And that ain't the way I operate.

@tickbitintn please read my post here. And if you choose, it's your saw...I say send it @PullinMyPoulan 's way to get a good deed done.

Everything comes back in spades gentleman at some point and time...some day.

I hope I was correct in my interpretation. I agree with your final statement also, you are a top shelf person in my opinion as is PMP for wanting to help his neighbor. Hats off to both of you.

Yesterday was pretty hectic, followed by a holiday party that went too late... sorry for my slow response.

I have some 015 top handles in good shape that I will be posting up here. You can have first dibs if your interested in a shelf queen.

Spent a few hours on the XL12 pile
There is 1 blue XL auto that ran on gas squirted in the card and 1 red XL auto that ran on gas squirted in carb. Plus 2 red XL12's that ran as well. All saw are pretty much complete and have good p/c's.The red one is very low hours the rings still have machining marks on them.
These would still cut lots of wood,so long as pressure and vac was good.
Two saws were put aside because one of the bolts came out behind flywheel and caused issues where they wouldn't turn over. And one of the parts saws had a bolt come out behind the clutch.
The Solo Twin i got had the same issue of a bolt out behind the flywheel, and no it's not available in the Christmas thread unless i win a lottery.
And still lots of parts available.
