Anybody done this yet with good results?
I have a 193T here that is an absolute dog. Exhibits similar symptoms to the 200Ts with bad accelerator pumps. Clearly a different circuit and no welch plug in the body to easily fill, but the rest of the arrangement seems similar with the pump piston being driven by the throttle shaft and would be easy to bypass like the 200T carbs.
A couple hours in the USC and a new kit didn't help. Still sluggish, loads up, just basically runs like crap. I've dialed on this thing every which way I know how with no joy and it basically needs a new carb from everything I've been able to determine..., unless bypassing the accelerator pump will do the trick. Don't have much to lose by trying it unless others already have and found it just doesn't work like the 200T carbs.
Any input appreciated.
TIA
