What’s up with the ear?

Hematoma ...the ear was swollen with blood. The before pics were worse. I know that looks like one of my "farmer fixes" to an animal. U have done many of them but that was done by a highly paid small animal vet and not my farm vet. I love my saws but by gawd I love my animals more. I have sold saws to pay dog vet bills.
