ive got a couple complete 1115 lower ends that seem to have ok bearings, just don’t know if they were 045 or 056...not sure if there were significant changes in that bearing. But if you want to go that route...and dude up there cant find a bearing, im in northern Illinois...if you’re close you can come take a look.

Its crazy someone made them at one point, you'd think it could be done again. Even thought about contacting skf or a bearing maker, and send a junk one to see if could be re-made.

They'd likely have to make them in such quantities that it wouldn't be feasible for the average guy off the street. I did that for gasket sets for some vintage
saws - contacted a few manufacturers but the minimum quantity I would have to commit to was 1,000 units.

17x42x14.5 It is stepped so the seal fits into it.
9523 003 4460 is the part number. The earlier bearing will not fit the later cases

I know a old Stihl dealer near me. Big stock and collector. Gonna ask him in a few Days for this bearing.

You don't even know if you need it and are asking anyway?????????????

Saw has to be split, as the crank is bad, so entirely depends on how press fit the bearing is, wether or not i can pull it off and put on my good crank without damage.

When I put a new piston in mine I thought it was GTG yeah first time out with any load it fell on its face then died! Pto side bearing went! It’s an OLD saw if it’s apart find it and put it in don’t bother trying to save it pulling it off. The press fit is pretty tight!
