Hopefully I'm posting this in the right area. Does anyone know if there is a part missing or if I'm just not installing it correctly? I can't get it to seal! I've tried to search Google and here to see if there was instruction on this older stihl tank vent. I couldn't come up with any information. It was all about newer styles.
