038 Magnum?

Hi all at OPE.I am working on an 038 (no top cover),piston is 52mm,dual port muffler.S# 3382xxx49.
I take this to be a Magnum?

52mm is a magnum. 72cc. Made in Brazil.

Actually some were made in Brazil and some in Germany .I have one of each .
