What chain setup are you running "square chisel, semi-chisel...skip?
That thing cut like a LASER!!!:starwars_smiley:
I think it was just regular EXL , I've switched it over to. 404 but haven't ran it a bunch yet with that.
I hand file all my chains and I'm pretty picky about it, I usually sharpen a tooth and run a 1x4 piece of wood over it and it should pull a 1-3" ribbon with the grain by hand ; if not I resharpen the tooth.

I bought an 034 not sure of the year... I think it's an 034 haha. Plastics were missing. Was a parts saw that I got running. Has the old style chain adjustment on it. Curious as to what year they switched to the later chain adjuster? Little saw runs pretty good.

Since it's been mentioned I remembered my 038 AV that has a can of soup I know I haven't had even started in 6-7 years .Lit off after half dozen tugs and ran real well .I'll run that one in the 65 and under in the saw fest thing .The hopped up mag will be in the 75 and under thing .Mac 805/850 in the 85 and under .Finish up with a Husky 2100 CD in the 90 ish .As the displacement increase so does the size of the wood .
