The 024 super should be the same bore as the 026.
Yes the decomp is really not necessary -- perhaps unless you intend to port it (but not all agree on this facet either).
For some reason the decomp cylinders always seem to sell higher - not really sure why. I have some of these parts if the OP has not found them yet.

Yes sir, somehow I switched the cylinder and crank in my mind. It is the 024S/026 crank that is the same. Point understood and taken.
