stihl fuel tank leaks

My first post so thank you in advance for help. Stihl multi tool fs85 fuel tank is leaking at both grommets and at cap. Tank itself appears in tact with pressure test unless grommet and cap leaks prevented seeing leaks on tank proper. Would you recommend replacing entire tank, cap and grommet...
