Right of of the box my Outlaw RM4620 is spining wildly (almost at full speed) while it idles. The manual says need to adjust the fuel intake through the tiny hole in the picture (in the rubber piece with the letter T), and I don't have a tool that will fit in there, and have no idea what will...
