Right of of the box my Outlaw RM4620 is spining wildly (almost at full speed) while it idles. The manual says need to adjust the fuel intake through the tiny hole in the picture (in the rubber piece with the letter T), and I don't have a tool that will fit in there, and have no idea what will fit. This is my first Chainsaw, so I have little experience with anything like this. Anyone know what the tool is called, where I could get it, or any fixes around this spinning? I've adjusted the chain to proper tightness, and this does nothing to keep it from flying wildly.

Welcome and you are going to need a narrow flat nose screwdriver and probably some type of security splined driver for the carburetor adjustment screws. I got a 6 pack of drivers off Amazon cheap.

Where abouts are you located. We might be able to find a member close by you to help.

Millsboro, DE. Do you know how thin I should be looking for? I actually wouldn't mind picking up some of those adjustment screws, add to my tool set. I think I found some after some quick searching, thank you for the reply

Stihl has the perfect ones. And I'd look for the set that has 8 drivers in it now. It should cover all available models of carbs out their now. 1533266903164552183480882720088.jpg
And for the time being I'd take that chain off for safety reasons. No need having that thing spinning at full speed. And

@Jon1212 is there any members that are close to are new member here that might be able to help him if need be?

And take off the top cover when you are adjusting it can help you see what you are doing too.

I had the same saw last year
Still doing great for my friend.remington.jpg
If you're not familiar with tuning a saw
Let it run until warm.
Just turn the low side
Counterclockwise very slowly
Until the chain stops spinning at idle.

Useally the pocket type screwdrivers will fit. Some are even phillips screws. As suggested take the top cover off and you should be able to see better. Have you tried hitting the throttle after it started to make sure its not just the fast idle setting on.
