air filter mods

Hello, I have a 029 that I wanted to pay some attention to. I am eyeing a cross 039 jug kit and wanted to do the muffler mod and out of respect I want to try a better air filter. Lots of google searches and I am still looking. I did find a german fellow that has a video of some upgrades he did...

Id like to put a Max Flow style air filter on my 290. Cant find the thread were a guy put a 044 rear handle on one. But I'm begining to think that the powers that be are erasing search tags & forum post's...? The Air filter on the 290/310/390 suck! They are a major weak point on these...
