I may take a chance but, I'd still rather use a prepaid card and load only a little over what I'm looking at spending at any given time. If I can load it electronically, that would be great.
That's what a friend of mine does for all of his online purchases.
Even has paypal set up to debit his card.
Thanks for that info lehman.
I may just take my torch to the punch tips and oil quench em.
What about the spinner take-up handle tip and the inserts?
Should they be tempered a tad as well?
I have some chain sharpeners. All are round. One package says 5/32" and the other 7/32".
But seriously, nice work Wood Doctor.
I may invest in a grinder if I get one of the portable 48" mills to go with a 42" bar I purchased. First, I'll have to acquire a powerhead that would pull the chain...
Yeah, they call them "Marketplace Facilitators". A whole mall closed down here.
What really P's me O is gettin charged tax on the shipping cost as well. That ain't right!
Tax is already being included/collected in the carriers shipping cost, whether it's USPS or whomever.
Of course, with the...
If ali-express would start excepting paypal, that would be great. I'm leery of puttin my card info on a Chinese site.
Bet ya don't get taxed there.
I'm tempted to just get a prepaid debit card and limit what I deposit to it.
That way if there was an unauthorized charge, they wouldn't be able to...

OK, this thread was started on the Tecomec breaker/spinner set. I purchased one. The boxes say, "Designed and manufactured by Tecomec". On opposing side, (Tecomec S.r.l. 42124 Reggio Emilia - Italy)
Then the box states, "Made in China". Uhh
Tecomec's got a racket going.
The "B" handle and...
Don't know about Amazon but you can find ("TK Slide Carb Echo Shindaiwa") on ebay for as little as $14 out of China. You'd pay dearly for a genuine TK carb, if you could even find one. I'd say the same search would yield Amazon results. (along with a bunch of other items that don't pertain to...
I'm back! Was without internet for a few years.
Sorry... To anyone who may have tried to get in touch with me as in post #22
First thing I did after gettin back online was to delete 1000s of old emails.
I figured I would have sent you the owners manual Ray. I forget how to send it to you now...
Just bought a 64dl loop of 50APL for $15. I'll cut it down to 60dl for either my Stihl or Mac 16" bars.
Doesn't even list the APL at acres so, I won't know what cutters it has til I get it.
I'd say it's prob full tho. It does have "Blount" on the side {:o/
Yeah, i guess if you wanted your saw lighter, you could put a 16 on it. You could still take down a 22" tree working side to side. A lot of unnecessary stress on the nose though IMO. I'll probably drill the rivets out of the tip and mount the carcass for "off saw" .050 filing.
So... I paid...
Why in the world did Windsor make a 16" bar to go on a E031 mount saw? Everyone would be snickerin if you put this on an 088. You'd probably have 14" of usable bar with a spike :meparto:
Maybe the mount was incorporated on some small saws?
