We had about 220k coverage on our house structure with 1k deductible. 150lk on contents replacement. The roof replacement is prorated over 20 years and it was replaced just a few years ago. So, all in all, we paid the 1k deductible plus $900 for the roof proration. $1900 out of our pocket...
