Possible the brake line or caliper has a corrosive restriction that doesn't let all the pressure off when the brake pedal is released...

Yeh, bad caliper I had could only be pushed back a little. Not near enough room for new pads.

No pull while braking but there's a throbbing feeling lightly coming through the brake pedal. I'm thinking maybe just rebuild that one...

How much meat is left on the rotors? Might just need machining. Sounds like you may have a warped rotor.

Can't hurt to take the calipers apart, clean them real good and regrease them.

Warped rotors is my best guess
