An Echo CS670 followed me home the other day. She has a scored piston. If I’m buying a top end anyway, is the 670 jug the only one in that family? Would an 8000 top end bolt on? I know very little about Echo.

4182 710 3201 is that lower shaft. You should grab a 4182 710 3203, which is the ENTIRE drive shaft end-to-end and lists for the same $38.57 as just the lower end by itself. Your dealer needs to go back to greeting folks at Wal-Mart.

Brand-new OEM carb?

Any chance the spring fell out of the impulse pump on the carb? The HT133 is a better machine in every possible respect anyway. I'd grab one if my HT75 wasn't so much lighter.
