Got up at 4am... purchased some beef. Paid $4.50/lb. Angus Hereford mix. The Last 2 months its been in a stall grain fed... if its anything like the last one, it should have nice marbling. It'll be aged 21 days.... cant wait.

Afternoon you fawkers! We had a beautiful weekend mid to high 60s blue skies and today 75* occasional breeze and bright blue skies... Yeah, I took a 3 day weekend to enjoy the weather before the next rain moves in. 😆
