Also have the hatchet or whatever they call it....both of them. Makita 18v tophandle makes them obsolete for me. I guess I could see where Johnny Suburb Owner might like them though.
Makita impacts are more durable than Milwaukee. Source: employer is dealer for both brands. I personally sent back a whole bunch of the red ones for repairs from a shop that cannot kill a blue one that they've had for years now. I only make this claim in terms of 1/2 & 3/4 impacts, specifically.
