the local mechanic shop said - this 026 does not have the oiler adjustment hole in the bottom of the case & needs lot of grinding to accept the conversion. Sounds like I'm better off letting it as is in its original and buy more oil. Thanks to all again !

It's now know as a Stihl026 - Many thanks for all helps. Oil leaking a lot at idle - Have been told that an adjustment oil pump conversion could bring a certain benefit. Is it worth doing or better off just leaving it alone ?

I’m kinda new to this forum saying hi to everyone. Just get this dirty chainsaw few weeks ago (looked like all original ) with no model identifier anywhere on it. The sticker on the cover is missing so after hours of cleaning, I’ve took some pictures & trying to ask experts on this forum...
