It could be a bad coil. I’ve seen a bad coil on a 550 (2022ish) that was totally random and very frustrating to diagnose.

I think these autotune saws take more a healthy pull to get them to fire up, if you have a bad shoulder and cant give it a healthy...

I think it's just the extra drag on the cold engine that is impeding starting, as the saw needs to hit 800 RPM to generate enough spark...

This is a TS350 if I can read it correctly, points ignition. Cleaning the old concrete off these is a chore. It will look much better...

@Bill G might know, he was selling a bunch of saws, I can't remember if any were 500i's with 3/4 arctic wraps.
