Soda bottle is a good idea but you still have to fill that with the gallon bottle and a funnel. I have one of those measure right doohickeys, it works ok but stays oily all the time…

Take it off at 165-170 and put it in a tray like the one under it. Put some butter and brown sugar on top and cover it in foil. Cook to 203-205 at what ever temp you want. This was the last two I did, no sauce just some more rub after the pull. 🤤

I have had the same results with a prefect squish with a gasket delete.

I just finished up a 350 and have another torn down I need to get put back together but not sure what cylinder yet. If I can get rid of the transfer I will reuse the 350 cylinder. If not maybe go with the Dukes 346xp cylinder. Greg, thats very interesting on the transfer dividers. I might try...
