That’s all I have on the electric mowers man sorry! You definitely don’t have bad batteries. I’d put my money on a VCM or a calibration. Your charger light should illuminate( blue)indicating ac power coming from charger and getting to mower batteries.
volt meters don’t work on these you need a specialty tool , with a green switch indicator to verify good battery voltage. And your situation doesn’t sound like bad batteries . It sounds more like a communication issue with the bms

Mmm very weird 3 months ago they were NLA. Even spoke to stihl and verified that.
Maybe due to price increase? Even so I’ve never seen stihl make something NLA due to price increase.
