Here's the deal. Most bars are marked with the required chain pitch, gauge, and the number of drivers. You need all three numbers, off the bar, to correctly order chain.
In the event the bar is unmarked, here is how to determine the three numbers...
In a package deal, I ended up with a 021. I find it a very nice saw...pulling a 16" 3/8LP without issue.
They are highly available and super cheap.

I am mostly looking to buy a whole crankcase with crank and bearings. Will consider buying only a case half: PTO side.
Looking for: no broken bits, hogged-out holes, serious erosion. Not worried about paint, scratches, dings.
Thanks for looking.

Age of the saw, and estimated run time will help get better responses. Do you still have a chain catcher? These saws have the catcher molded as part of the clutch cover...right?
I agree with others about the fuel line. I do wonder if owners of these saws are not as careful about leaving gas in...
Anyone use Proline carb kits? I am considering one for my Bing 48 on my Stihl 038M.

Suggestions regarding other options for my Bing would be welcome.
Thanks,
Roy
