That makes a lot of sense, as the coil has control over the carburetor to make changes, not the other way around.

They will run,, but you have to use the throttle,, or they die,

I'm not sure they fast idle in start position? in fact, pretty sure non of mine do...

Trying real hard to make it this year. May have to drive from jobsite in SD to home in IA to get the bus then head to Jamestown, TN.
