Stihl only makes the 500i(w) which has rear handle element and half wrap heated. No carb/intake heating. Looks like your only options... -

On some cylinders from Husqvarna(like the 390?), Helicoils were already installed from new. This should be fine if installed correctly...

Use a Helicoil repair of your choice if in aluminum. You will end up with stronger threads than original.

Yeah, looks like 661. They'll fit the 064/066/660 cases fine but sometimes there's a small gap just under the PTO side top cover screw.
