The tecomec was under $20 to my door and it improved the flow considerably, even with the deflector attached - You can run without it...

I’ve seen worse cylinders. Run some sandpaper over it and seem how much is aluminum transfer that comes off.

Flow-wise I would imagine it's a substantial upgrade. Even the Husqvarna "jungle" mufflers for the 2100/2101 are still somewhat...

It is a tecomec 090 muffler. Less restrictive than the stock muffler and gives a nice throaty sound. I do have the original muffler...

I've heard those are good mufflers but dang they look like a rollie pollie crawling out the engine. Not that there's anything wrong...
