Howdy, Looking for a few parts for a 288XP - Clutch Top cover Left side cover - the chainbrake side - The one I have has the plastic brake - not the metal one. Parts don’t have to be shelf queen virgin - but not interested in faded\busted-up stuff either. Let me know what you have. Thanks

Thanks for the advice. By applying a wee bit of twisting force (screwdriver handle through the piston pin holes) I was able to break apart the ring and then remove the piston. Ring and piston are shot but cylinder still looks good. Got new ones ordered - perhaps I'll get this thing back...

I've used it in my hand-me-down 266xp and all is fine. Dad used it in same saw for many years too.
