Good Morning All. You certainly know what day it is when you start hearing repeated shotgun blasts as soon as day breaks.

That's not frozen... You would think so but we have a downtown area that would indicate otherwise. We have people living in tents year round right now, really amazing that more of them don't die as a result of CO poisoning based on what they will do to stay warm.
