If I was that customer and didn't get my vehicle back same day for needing an alignment I would be PISSED!! Would be picking the most expensive Yukon or otherwise from the lot and insist on that as a loaner until it was done.

Quick Lydia update. The second surgery went well, she has been seizure free since. She will be discharged from hospital tomorrow and is cleared to travel home on the weekend. She will need extra work with a speech therapist and some other out patient rehab but is doing great. It has been a long...
