I’d also be checking the fuel lines. Does this have a primer bulb, too? If so, check to make sure those lines are good as well. Impulse line issues? It seems like your problem is occurring after the blower really warms up, so perhaps the impulse is loosening after it gets hot?

Really surprised this hasn’t sold yet - good price for a workhorse 60cc saw!

Not sure if they’ll work, but I’ve been using these https://ebay.us/m/Sc4ioj to replace the plastic elbows that crack. I usually use a drill bit just a little larger than the inside diameter of the metal piece that goes into the carb, and it pulls out pretty easily once it’s weakened.

I’ve got two already…one ported by Carl that runs like an animal, and a bone stock 7910 - both nice and minty - otherwise I’d make it a trifecta…
