Nice, low usage 440. Runs well, I think it may need a new fuel cap or at least an o ring, noticed it seeping recently. Was originally a half wrap saw. All parts OEM to my knowledge. $450 shipped to the lower 48. Will be sold to first pm sender.
Number are right. Rechecked everything this morning. I may have kissed the floor of the transfers but definitely not enough to account for the gap between the crown and floor at BDC. I used a cone burr for the upper transfers. It was tight but I was careful. What burr do you use on these?
Not...
I appreciate the input. I thought the transfers looked huge when I was done. Wheel is still on the saw. Gonna recheck for my own piece of mind.

I appreciate the offer but I decided to order the CC specialties right angle handpiece. Already got it all marked...
Thanks for the feedback Al.
I made a cutter for the chamber with the same radius as the piston.
I only widened the intakes a few millimeters and mostly on the exhaust side. Really just knocking off the corner.
Here is my exhaust. I pretty much left the factory shape. Just squared up the...
Took a break from chainsaw forums and tinkering. Still use saws everyday but had too many other things going on to play with them. Bought myself a new ms461 last week and got the bug again. Had this 026 I bought a couple years ago still on my bench. Top end was lightly scored so I decided to do...
