Okay, talking plastics...the 192t I have has a cracked center section I just discovered. I have it cleaned up and roughed up. I was going to use the old jb weld plastic epoxy. Does anyone have a better idea? seeing how you have to disassemble the saw to get to it I would rather not do it more...

I have done the muffler mod on mine. wondering about the timing advance but I have heard conflicting info on that. some say timing is set in the ignition coil others say just advance the flywheel. Like I said this is a learning experience for me before I jump in on a more expensive saw.

I have a pair of vise grips, think hvac or sheet metal pliers that are made for bending metal. While I havnt done a muffler I have done just about anything but that lol. they are cheap enough you could buy a pair, cut the pliers head to the width you need. may have to taper them with a grinder...
