I do have a nos one in a box… but my favorite saw I own is an ugly 288 lite I got from Randy way back in like 2010. It’s faded and scratched up. Owes me nothing. I’ve cut more with that saw than any other I own. Oh and Free bump.

I did the opposite. I started out on a cruiser and parked it in my bike trailer the day I saw my firstborns first ultrasound. Paid on it another year while waiting to sell it (never got back on it). I have 3 more years till my youngest is 18 and then I’m gonna buy another road bike.

My favorite saw model… but now my girls are old enough to have hobbies/interest that take precedent to mine. So we wake up at the crack of dawn on Saturdays… on the trails by 9am and don’t get back to the truck till 10pm. Good times.

Technically all my saws are sitting on a shelf 😆 . Only nos ones are a 461, 372xp, and a 288xp.

only saws I had that really bothered my hands was a stihl 041 I had and then a ported 064. By the time I added the 064 I was well acquainted with Husq and so the vibes were noticeable to me.

I’d keep the 461s. I just acquired two. One NOS and the other is like new MMWS. I wish I had jumped on the 461 bandwagon years ago. Can’t even come up with a good reason why I didn’t, somehow I just overlooked the model until now. I’d put it in my top 3 of what Im running now.
