I used to run the Fiskars X7 for kindling, which is 14", and I was always choking up on it. Which is why I landed on 12".

Local hardware store doesn't have a 12 in stock. Might have to order it. Never had one this profile...

That's all I'll use it for. Most always sitting in a chair splitting softwood on top of a ~10" round.
