Dicovered that when i pinched my 041 and had to cut it out i bent the dam bar. The tree hung up on me and bar got under the stump but didnt reallize i bent it, i was done with that saw at the time. Was too stupid to go back to truck and get the scrench to take the saw off bar first. But i think i got it straight enough to use again.

I have been going through my 33/35/39 saws trying to get them all cleaned up in preparation for moving them over to the museum. So far this week I have finished up this 35A and another 33.

Been working on the old 190 as time allows.
Stock is almost 100%. Needs a little more polishing.
Also stripped and re-blued the barrel...

The 61 is going to be on the bench this evening. Got the cylinder kit as well as a whole bunch of stuff for it in the mail today.

We have some parts! First time ever using a Hyway cylinder kit and it looks good. Ports look nice and don't need chamfering. I will have to drill and tap the intake bolt holes to 5mm x 0.8 though as the 61 carb bolts are that size.

A little machining and porting you will be in there

Dead coil replaced and now we have spark again. Also drilled and tapped the carb screw holes in the jug to 5mm x .8. Carb tightens down nicely now.
