I can damn near guarantee you can't do that with the 090 and 7'
I know a guy who can do that with my 090g and 96" bar, however he is built like Paul Bunyan. I can do it easily with a 72" bar but dont have a 7 footer to try it with. But why wouldn't you just put the saw on the log or logs and start it there as is the safest and easiest way. Use a 36" bar saw as your pilot saw if needed.

Oh I can run the 090, and yes I use a pilot saw. But never tried limbing over my head with it.
