Porting a JRed 670 (little help please)

I know some say it doesn't do anything but I blended and polished the piston. When you're building for fun you can take time to do little things. As it was once told to me about modifying snowmobiles. Ounces add up to pounds!!!!!!!!!

Getting a little closer. Going to run old piston, new ring and try it with 74* than i will tweek from there

Had to do a little modification to this area. The 630 case does not have the boss for carb support. Was able to drill and insert a Timesert with red Loctite. Modified bracket by trimming and JB Welding a steel sleeve to extend its position.

a 670 cover needs a lil massaging to get to go on a 630 case BUT it can be done!
