1 roll of 72DPX100U....defective. I made 2 loops of 72DL chain off of it and roughly every 72 drive links there is an 058 drive link in them so i boxed it back up and bought a new roll. Never bothered to check a third loop so it may have just been a couple random 058 links at the beginning of the roll or they could be throughout the roll. will throw in a couple bags of tie straps and presets to ease the pain of breaking a the chain 3 times to make a 72DL loop.

new one to me too.....of course i found out the hard way....shipped a loop 3 states away and received a call 3 days later about one drive link not fitting in the bar groove. Made a second loop and it was the same so i boxed the roll up and here we are

You wouldn't by chance have a lightweight 28"3/8 .050 in a D009 configuration to ride with one or two of these rolls? The roll of DPS is that like a round semi-chisel? And last question,do you stock or have a good source for a affordable breaker and spinner ? All I have is one of those Granberg vice grip looking thingamabob, and this affordable roll of chain or 2 will inspire me to get serious about my chain game... Thanks, Matt

Yes, that is exactly what I was afraid of!!! If you don't mind could you move this to the middle of the oil thread or somewhere exceedingly mundane to ensure no traffic! Unfortunately I am out of town working until at least Monday or Tuesday and don't have a credit card with me. I guess I could fake Ebola or something similar to arrange an early retreat! I was so concerned that I went back to the picture in the post and counted the boxes and came up with 28 next day he said that he was down to 25 I believe, I don't even want to imagine what's left now......
