If it's still sucking fuel then the plug chop means nothing right?

After a few good cuts I don't see the color changing much

I’m really not sure Keith, I’m asking because I want to know. I’ve read things about it, but never done it. I would think other carbureted machines would keep sucking fuel as well?

Nascar does it because they have fuel injection. They cut ignition off and push in the clutch and coast. Fuel pump doesn't pump.

What’s your PayPal? I’m sending you some $ for L cutters. I’m curious to see if it makes a difference for you.

I don’t want to fund the R&D as much as @Redbull661 but I think a 461 might be the one Stihl I’d be happy to own. So if I can help you out before I go balls deep with a saw that’s good for everyone.

I have them, don't like using them

A 2 stroke with optimal tune won't 4 stroke. I like to tune off the plug

plug looks good, I was watching it

Could you get that kind of RPMs out of Mtronic on the 461?

I meant to take it from the 661 and put it on the 461.
Can that be done?

I think the open end of the electrode of sparkplug is facing the clean part of chamber.

I would try to use some play doe, and shove in the transfers, remove and compare side to side. Looking for differences. I'm not sure what would keep the play doe from sticking unless a film of oil/ wd40 is used. Like stated before, might be the end results of the cutter used.

Just my thoughts.
