I had thought about buying a pack of them but my dealer said they're having all kinds of warranty repairs still on the MKII's.

Considering the 540 is now on MKIII, it's hard to deny the issues Husqy isn't resolving.

Edit: an afterthought. She had also said the 5xx saws they're seeing the least issues with (even run by professional crews and daily-drivers) are the detuned-XP saws like the 545/555/565. Their tech tried out the 585 and said it felt better than the 592 (which they've also had a few repairs on already.)
