Over the years I have seen mention of a rarely heard of chain grinder brand that was highly thought of. I am not sure of the exact name so of course I am not sure of the spelling. I believe it was something like Zieglemeyer. Does anyone have any ideas?

Well google leads back to a thread herE that did not have any pictures or real information on the machine. The other google results lead to another site I cannot visit or you tube which also does not show much.

Anyone have any pics?

Bill - I have a Ziegelmeyer grinder in my garage. I'll see if I can get pics tomorrow. It has the water-cooling attachment, and the foot pedal.

They're pretty amazing machines. Developed by Lynn J. Ziegelmeyer.

Do the Google search, above, then select ’images’. There appear to be animbrt of depth gauge (‘raker’) grinders.

One comment I found said that the company was polite, but not providing any support for their NLA chain sharpening equipment, including manuals.

Might have been a liability issue at some point?

Be interested in a tutorial video on that,

it was/ is an expensive unit- likley just became a lost cause vs all the import stuff. When Silvey was trying to sell , I would have liked to aquire same but finaces at the time were not great . Never seem to have any luck with the money changer group.
