Jonsered 2245

I have an opportunity to pick up a Jonsered 2245 for at the most 300$ I might be able to get it for less. Brand new, never fired. A buddy won it. Even at 300$, does that sound like a decent price? I'm on the fence at 300$. I really don't need it, but if the price is right......
Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Good idea considering he won it... not begrudging him for wanting to make a buck, but if you want one, better off getting it from a dealer so you would be guaranteed the warrantee support for the same money..

That is a point I failed to consider. Thanks.
I don't mind helping him out, and I don't blame him for wanting as much money as he can get. I'll let some time pass and see if the price drops.

Yeah I'd hold out. You can get a lot more saw for 3 bills.

Absolutely. I think my local saw dealer is getting tired of me asking if he has gotten anything in for me. Trade in non runners. He has been slow. Once the weather gets warmer, he'll get busy, and hopefully I will too.
