This is a saw I picked up locally. Overall it's in pretty decent shape I think. On the negative side, 2 top cover screw threads were stripped, and 1 starter screw. I drilled and tapped them to the next size larger.
Now the good: piston looks great. I struggle with getting good pictures of the piston, but has machine marks clearly visible. Compression is almost 150.
Its all stock as far as I know. I trimmed the limiters and repainted the muffler. Ran and oiled good.
I'm asking $400 PHO plus shipping from 22709.

Tapping them the next size up is what I do too when dealing with stripped screws. Seems to work ok.

Stock 390 or 2188 top cover screws are 6mm, I do the same thing when 1 strips out.

Thanks, that's good to know! Maybe next time I can use screws that look better on a saw than chrome hardware store screws, lol.

Sorry about not replying sooner. I'm visiting some family in Central America and only go online once a day or so. What do you have in mind to trade? I could probably be tempted by a cool project or something, maybe a partial trade? I can use a few 046 parts or maybe a 372 carcass to put together with a 371 cutoff carcass I have. Also some Jonsered parts, is it 2159? Whatever the equivalent to the 359 is. If you happen to have any of that stuff...
