If you could only choose one of these 2, which one. A 346xpNE rebuilt from the ground up all OEM or an 346xpOE refreshed with a caber ring and new OEM carb, the rest all OEM, both with 16" bars. And why? My 50ish cc herd has grown again. Need to move some stuff. Also what would be a fair asking price for a 351 all OEM with 18".

My personal opinion: 346NE because it's been completely overhauled. Couple of exceptions though, if it looks beat to hell and busted up or is ridiculously higher in price than the OE. NE vs OE is kind of a wash, seems both have their following that say one is better than the other. All things equal, flip a coin. I run an OE at work alot and it does just fine

I'm no expert, but if the 351 is in excellent condition, probably 200-ish plus the ride?

The NE is almost together, waiting on a chain catcher, throttle lock, muffler bracket, tiny screw on recoil cover, and decal. I still have to rebuild the carburetor, but already have a kit. OE is ready to run and the 351 needs a chain. I'll get some pictures up tomorrow.
