About which blower u should buy to blow all the wood chips your mmws 395xp makes, treetops, or dirt, or blow your concrete driveway away…… Ive switched from the maruyama to the echo 8010 (now 9010). It’s the baddest backpack blower on the market. Sucker is wicked strong.

Only complaint on mine is the shoulder straps need a chest strap for comfort. Power is definitely not lacking.

I have the same complaint about my Husqvarna 570bts. It's a great blower and has nice shoulder straps but no chest strap.

I never liked the ergonomics of echo blowers, good performance/power though. I much prefer the husqvarna 580bfs mk2 I used the other day over our echo 8010’s. The shoulder straps are superbly comfortable and the chest strap is great. Its easier on my back than the echo, better ergonomics, moves sticks, rocks, pine cones and heavier objects better. Hate to say it but… overall a better machine.

No chest straps would suk. Glad I got the Husqvarna 580BFS mark II.

How do the Stihl blowers stack up? That’s about all I see in these parts.

Supposedly the 9010 has better/ more comfortable straps. Wonder if they could be switched over?

8550 FTW! Don't need no stinkin' chest strap. Powerband is spot on but man is it thirsty. I don't come from the hold it wide school of blowing. No need, just makes more of a mess to clean up. Congrats on the Echo.

You guys and your chest straps lol. I would certainly be interested in checking one of those out tho, one thing ive noticed from seeing other use them is they are much quieter than the redmax/husky blowers.

Its loud as hell think my ears are still ringing. Made the mistake running the wrong pair of muffs. I won't touch that thing without muffs on.
