That should leave enough to get an oem 346 p/c and the 350 riser. Not to mention selling the perfect p/c from this saw. And you'll need a metal clamp as this saw is completely unmolested.

Make your 340 into a 350. Pretty simple and straightforward. They run great. Matt has done a few, and thry run real strong.

I'd run it as is, when the top end cooks, turn it into a 350 ... see my youtube for details.

yep, looks like a clean saw almost no wear on that clutch cover...very nice

Very nice saw. It's actually dirty in all the pics. It got a good workout last month trimming a few cedar trees in the yard.

If this saw doesn't sell it will stay a 340. I have to ask though, why would you choose the 350 top end over the 346?

The oem 346XP top end is superior for power...but the oem 350 top end has removable transfer covers....and is easier to port. what Richevy means is to convert the saw to having a bearing cup and cylinder head 2 piece setup likely with some type of closed Port top end...there are many ways to fill the bill...

To the op...keep in mind...this saw has a plastic clamp instead of the metal clamp for the intake. whoever gets this saw needs to add a metal intake clamp or risk the saw toasting.
