Gas and Oil caps still available and in stock, I should have the air filter hood in new old stock or used. The muffler has been discontinued for a while now.. Have to look for what I have in used. Mufflers from a 120si were unique to 116si and 120si as well as PS6000 and PS6800. But will fit from 117,119,120,120 super in USA versions (spark arrestor and front baffled outlet) and Euro versions (no spark arrester) and rf side pipe outlet

I think there is a 120si parts saws upstairs in my barn. I used the recoil spring for my 116si saw but I'm not sure about the other stuff on it.

My saw is just a 120 model. Looks nice from the ouside. The air filter set up is there a long with the muffler.

Reviving this thread to see if I can track down the spacer/baffle/innards for one of this style 120s muffler. Could try to use spacers but would rather stay original if possible. Would be a better seal at the exhaust port that way, too. Can't quite tell what's missing from the IPL I have. (For the 112 through the 120S)

Looks to be a baffle and spark screen missing from what I can gather from the IPL.

I sure appreciate it, fellas. This saw is a sentimental piece for a guy. Was his dad's. Dirty as sin right now but well taken care of otherwise. Top end looks very nice with killer compression and has spark you could weld with. Just starting on it after having it for a while waiting for enough time to give it a proper tear down and rebuild. I knew the muffler parts may be difficult to find but just stumbled across this thread yesterday. Looks like I'm in the right place!

Just let me know what you'll need for your efforts and I'll be more than happy to remit accordingly.

Thanks!
