Anyone having issues with the WG140 carb on the newer 661's?

I've got two WJ 140 carbs on the bench with low circuit issues. I've ruled out the solenoid and electronic bits. It's definitely in the body of the carb. No obvious blockage and the gaskets and diaphragms are in good shape. The rest of the saw is a fresh rebuild. Pressure and vac test passed with flying colors, new top end.
