562 XPG Carb Thermostat Testing

I've searched high and low but can't find anything that describes how to test the various pieces of the 562xpg (or 550xpg) components. The shop manual doesn't have a section for it and nothing on the forums that I can find. I need info for things like:
1. Stator resistance
2. Top handle heating element resistance
3. Rear handle heating element resistance
4. Carburetor heating element resistance
5. How do you test the carburetor thermostat?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
