Opened up the top cover today and mocked up the Frogskin with nylon cloth.

Slick, I like it!:)
I was looking for max airflow. Didn't want to choke it off, maybe over did it.

Unfortunately, I am getting dust and even small chips in my air filter. They are most likely getting by the partition. And I can't seem to find out where they are getting through. Most of the chips seem to be showing up on the right side of the filter, pretty much in line with the chain. I realize it is not a perfect seal and is likely being pushed through with the increased pressure and flow over the cylinder with no pressure on the carb side.
If you have any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated. Do I need to work on a deflector of some sort for the chips the chips coming off the chain or is it a sealing issue on the partition?
As as side note, I am looking forward to the filter upgrades on the 562 air filter as well as (what appears to be a seal change on the flywheel side bearing) thanks to Spike60.
Meanwhile, I've reverted back to the stock setup and waiting for my next bright idea.
