Looking for a 395 cyl and intake tract with carb so I can make a running 395.

I have a 394 cyl with spacer and parts of a carb. I have a 2095 complete top end if anyone is looking. Shoot me a price of what u have. Thanks.

Why doesn’t the carb work? I thought all you had to do was put the impulse nipple on it that is in the kit

Throttle arm interferes with throttle cable holder. @srcarr52 had the same issue.

I think for the 394 to 395 conversion you use the stock 394 location for holding the throttle cable sheath in the carb shelf instead of using the arm off the boot clamp. Since the carb is rigid mounted in the rear for the 394 carb shelf it shouldn't have a problem flexing the boot.

The reason why the 395 throttle arm doesn't work with a 394 carb is the arm is too short for the linkage on the carb and the cable pulls at a hard angle and hangs up.
